PLEASE NOTE: The processing time for visa applications submitted to the Consulate General of Brazil in Los Angeles is a minimum of 10 business days from the day the application is submitted to the Consulate. Requests for exceptions to this policy will not be considered by the consulate. Once your visa application, passport and related documents have been submitted to the consulate, you will NOT have access to your passport until the visa process is finished by the consulate. Please plan accordingly. The consulate will not release your passport until the visa process is finished. By submitting your Brazil visa application through us, you are acknowledging and agreeing that ALL travelers processing their visas through us must abide by this rule. Neither us nor the Consulate General of Brazil in Los Angeles shall be held responsible for visa applications submitted for which the travel dates indicate a departure date earlier than the regular visa pick-up date.

WARNING: Please be aware that the Brazilian consulate online application system may at times not perform as expected. We make every effort to prevent and keep travelers from being caught in technical glitches that may delay a visa application process. However, we have no control over this system and can only work with limited access to the consulate’s system. By submitting your Brazil visa application through us, ALL travelers processing their visas through us must acknowledge and agree that we shall not be held responsible for any losses caused by the Brazilian consulate’s delay in relaying inaccuracies and releasing visas on time due to their own system and operations issues.

AGREEMENT TO SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PROCESSING VISAS TO BRAZIL: By submitting a Brazilian visa application through us, ALL travelers are accepting and acknowledging all of the above mentioned information, and agreeing that ALL travelers must abide by these rules, terms and special conditions. We shall NOT be held responsible for any losses incurred by visa applications being delayed by the Brazilian consulate’s internal issues and technical difficulties, including computer glitches and holiday closings.
